What kind of customer support do you offer?
We offer two kinds of support Critical and Regular.
Critical support is great for more time-sensitive issues such as if your website is down, hacked, or some other big issue. Our support times vary depending on queues and also the WP-Ensure package you are on. We have a
package picker here where you can see transparently, how our support times are affected depending on package and it's possible to upgrade at any time.
Regular support is for smaller items and often can be small content changes, code changes etc. We can also advise on how to accomplish something if you are trying to edit a page for example and can't find the right blocks.
Customers can create support tickets from within this support center or through email.
