How do I get support?

What is a Support Ticket?

We manage all our support requests using support tickets. When a ticket is created, it's assigned an ID and we can follow up on the ticket until the issue is resolved. This means that your requests are not buried in email inboxes and it's a matter of honour to keep our ticket system and customer requests as well taken-care-of as possible.

Creating a Support Ticket

1. Through this support portal

You can create a ticket from within this support portal. By signing up and logging in, you can easily see all open support requests and their status as well as closed requests. This is especially helpful if we take care of many of your sites.

Registration is not required to send a support ticket.

2. Create a ticket through email

You can create a support ticket by emailing support@wpensure.com
