How do I get quick support?

What is a Critical Support Ticket?

Critical support tickets are only for bigger problems such as websites being down (although we are probably already working on it), suspected hacking or recovery work such as needing a backup restored as quickly as possible. Please use our regular support channels for work or issues that are not critical.

We have a critical support channel and you can create a ticket in a few different ways.

Creating a Critical Support Ticket

1. Through this support portal

When creating a ticket choose Priority 'High' to let us know that it's a critical ticket.



2. Create a ticket through email

You can create a critical support ticket by emailing asap@wpensure.com. This automatically sets the priority as 'High' and escalates it fast.
