My monthly report showed some critical or high priority issues, how do I fix them?

Usually critical or high priority issues are related to issues with the hosting environment or plugins installed. This means you'll need some technical support to fix those issues either from your hosting or from your web developer.

If your site isn't hosted on our cloud hosting, you might want to consider moving over as it works out cheaper for you and our stack is the best available. If your developer is unresponsive, we can help with those issues also. Create a support ticket and we'll be happy to assess the situation and send you an estimate if needed.
